Cancellation Policy
-There will be no exceptions to these cancellation policies.
-Entry fees cannot be transferred between NASA Regions.
-Entry fees cannot be transferred to another driver.
-Once the car hits the track there will be no refunds or credits of any fees.
-All refund or credit requests must be emailed to the Registrar prior to the dates listed below. Email address is laura@nasaracing.net
HPDE/Time Trial/Instructor Clinic/Open Practice/Competition School:
There are no refunds or credits if you cancel less than 10 days from the event.
If you cancel 10 days or MORE prior to the event you have two options.
• Full Refund less 7% of your total entry fee with a $50 minimum
OR
• 100% credit that will be good for 365 days from the date of cancellation. Credits will be issued via two coupon codes which may be used during normal online registration for two future NASA MA events (excluding Hyperfest).
Transfer credits are a one-time transfer to a future event in the same region. If you are unable to attend the event you transferred your entry to, a refund or second transfer will NOT be permitted.
Entries transferred to a higher cost event will incur the difference in event costs.
Race Groups and Test and Tune:
There are no refunds if you cancel less than 10 days from the event.

HYPERFEST POLICY
No exceptions; Applies to all entrants
There are no refunds or credits if you cancel LESS than 10 days from the event. Must give notice to Laura Cobetto at laura@nasaracing.net
If you cancel 10 days or more prior to the event you have two options.

Toyota Program
FOR MID ATLANTIC AUTOCROSS REGION EVENTS INCLUDING FALL FINALE HPDE
For FALL FINALE at Summit Point and/or all “HPDE/TT Only” (non race weekend) SPECIAL EVENTS: Full credit valid for 365 days or refund less $150.00 processing fee, with written notice at least 14 days prior to the start of the event (i.e. by midnight the Friday two weeks prior), otherwise no refunds or credits. Once the car goes on track all fees are non refundable and not eligible for credits. Waiting list entries are only eligible for credits. Sorry no exceptions. Mid Atlantic Autocross Region event cancellation requests are only accepted in writing and must be sent to Jon Felton (jfelton@nasaracing.net)
For all Trackcrosses, Autocrosses, and Rallycrosses: All sales final – no cancellation, refund, or credit. Entry is transferrable to another person for this event only. If you are having car problems, your best option is to bring a different car. If you find you cannot attend for any other reason, your best option is to sell or give the spot to someone else qualified to participate, then let us know whose name to put on it by 72 hours prior.
For all Kart Enduros: Refunds or credits shall not be issued, but substitutions are allowed. Entries for a postponed or cancelled kart enduro are automatically applied to the next kart enduro scheduled at that venue. We need a minimum of 8 teams per race or else we may postpone or apply all entries to the next race.
For all other Special Events: Refunds or credits shall not be issued, but substitutions are allowed at no additional charge.
Mid Atlantic Autocross Region event cancellation requests are only accepted in writing and must be sent to Jon Felton (jfelton@nasaracing.net)
